About Us Connecting with God
God loves you and His desire is to be in relationship with you. But because of sin we are separated from this Holy God. For that reason God in His incredible love for you sacrificed His Son to take the punishment for all sin."For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." –John 3:16
"And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved." –Acts 4:12
The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has made it possible for everyone to have a relationship with God. Through Jesus Christ you can know God personally and enter into an eternal relationship with Him."But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name." –John 1:12
Our part is to receive God's gift of salvation through faith.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast." –Ephesians 2:8-9
Receiving Christ means to turn to God and away from sin (repentance) and trust God to come into your life, forgive your sin and restore you to be the person He created you to be. Jesus Christ longs to be in your life, but the choice is yours.
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and will dine with him, and he with Me." –Revelation 3:20
If you desire to invite Christ into your life just pray right now and He will do as He promised–forgive your sin and enter your life.
"Dear Jesus, I know that I need you in my life. I ask you right now to forgive my sin and come into my life. Thank you for forgiving me and giving me eternal life with you. Help me to be the person you want me to be. I trust Your promise that You will never leave me. In Jesus Name, Amen"
