About Us Adults
The name of our church, “The Bridge,” is significant to us. It communicates our three-fold purpose: 1- connecting people with God, 2- connecting people with people, 3-connecting Christians with service. While our adult ministries include each of these, it is in the second area where these ministries focus: connecting people with people. When God sent His Son to redeem humanity, He did so to create a family. Along with our relationship with Him, He wants us to be connected with each other through meaningful friendships in the church. Adult ministries aim to accomplish that.Small Groups
Christ-followers understand that the grace of God that saved them is only the beginning of His work in them. One who is truly following Jesus will honor God's call to participate in community in order to grow in
Christ-likeness, to express love, and to serve others. This means not only participation in the greater community of a church worship service, but also in a small group community for the purpose of mutual encouragement, support and accountability, and service to one another. Growth takes place in the context of small groups and here at The Bridge Community Church we have a place just for you.A small group consists of about six to twelve adults. The purpose of a group is to provide a context in which spiritual intimacy can be achieved through friendships, Bible discussion, prayer and serving one another. Most of our groups meet in homes on Sunday evenings and run for about an hour and a half, though some gather on other weeknights.

Men

At The Bridge Community Church, we believe that strong churches consist of strong leaders. That is why we believe in a vigorous men's ministry. Whether it is 4 X 4 study and accountability groups, mentoring programs, one on one discipleship, or leadership training, it is our desire to foster growth that produces leadership "so that we may present everyone complete in Christ" (Colossians 1:28).
Other opportunities for men include retreats, conferences, leadership training, prayer breakfasts, outings, & athletics.
On June 19, our men will be having a breakfast at the church.
Women
The women’s ministry here at The Bridge is lively and life-changing. Our goal is to help meet the needs of women from all backgrounds, in all seasons of life, and provide opportunities for them to gather for fun,
friendship, service and spiritual growth.Beginning September 29, there will be a women's Bible study on "Becoming a Woman of Influence," which will meet every Wednesday evening from 7 - 8:30pm. Click here to sign up!
Adult Education
On Sunday mornings and Monday evenings (coinciding with Awana for child-care), we offer a number of classes that fall within one of four categories: Getting Connected, Bible, Practical Christian Living, and Theology. We rotate the classes and try to offer them periodically and varying between Sunday and Monday to make the subject matter available to everyone. For more information on these classes, click here.
